Relaxation Massage

This type of Swedish massage is well known for reducing stress and tension in the body. The therapist uses light to moderate pressure to bring down the sensory nervous system, enhancing a feeling of relief and a sense of well-being.

Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue Massage

This type of massage is therapeutic as well as corrective, designed to target the body’s deeper soft tissues. A combination of techniques is used to treat musculoskeletal issues. For example, spasms in muscles, sprains, strains, medical conditions, or after an injury. Using moderate to deep focused and sustained pressure, this style of work doesn’t have to be painful, especially when applied by a skilled therapist. While at times there can be some “therapeutic discomfort,” most clients enjoy the release they experience from this type of work.

Massage with Hot Stones

Massage with hot stones uses manual manipulation in combination with the hot stones. This technique is very efficient in relieving tight muscles and decreasing pain during and after massage. The use of hot and cold stones can be used to increase circulation and blood flow to help the body heal after injury or to treat ongoing conditions. Hot and or warm stones can also be used for a relaxation massage, allowing stress to melt away.

Dynamic Massage Cupping

This treatment is also known as glide cupping, using a combination of massage and the use of silicone cups to effectively reduce the client's perception of pain, increase function and flexibility in various areas of the body. Research shows that using this technique helps improve conditions such as back, neck, knee, and shoulder pain, arthritis, TMJD, muscle and fascial tightness, Sciatica, and more.

Facial Massage, Cupping and Gua Sha

Fascial massage and cupping can assist with reducing swelling and tension in the muscles of the face. Gua Sha can assist with reducing puffiness and fine lines by encouraging lymphatic drainage from the face. My treatments are tailored to your needs and can be adjusted depending on your personal goals!

TMJD -Temporomandibular Joint Disfunction

This condition affects the joints and or muscles of the jaw. The symptoms can include clicking or popping sensations, reduced range of motion, pain, and even headaches. My treatment is designed to assist the client with pain relief and increased range of motion of the jaw. Combined with a face, head, neck, and shoulder massage, this treatment can greatly reduce pain and discomfort.

Face/Head, Hands and Feet

Feeling stressed? Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with Face, Head, Hands and a Foot massage! I highly recommend this type of massage to everyone!

Pre/Post Natal Massage

This massage can help moms body adjust to carrying the baby both during and after pregnancy, help reduce aches and pains and improve sleep.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy; some benefits may include stress relief, improvement of circulation and nerve impulses, and, most importantly, it stimulates the body's ability to normalize and self-heal. Reflexology is safe for everyone and feels amazing! Book your one-hour appointment for an informative and relaxing experience.

Foot Massage

I am so passionate about proper foot care, as my dad always said, “Take care of your feet, and they will carry you anywhere!” Feet are our primary mode of transportation and bear the weight of the entire body. Foot massages can alleviate sore and tired muscles, improve circulation and mobility of the foot, assist in better balance and body posture, and are very relaxing! So why not treat your feet to some pampering?

Reiki and Massage

Enjoy a Swedish or Therapeutic massage, followed by a Reiki session. Benefits may include  an overall sense of well-being,  mental clarity, and so much more!

Chair Massage

Chair Massage has many benefits of traditional massage with a slightly different approach. Benefits may include reduced stress, improved quality of sleep, relieved muscle tension and pain.  I believe this type of massage is a great introduction for those experiencing body work for the first time or who have mobility issues, such as difficulty lying down. The client is seated upright in a specially designed massage chair, and sessions range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, keeping the cost affordable as well.
