Welcome! My name is Elisha, I grew up in the Spruce Grove and Stony Plain area. I am a Registered Massage Therapist, owner and operator of The Fox Zen. I am thrilled to open my own practice close to home in a community that I truly love. 

The mind, body and spirit connection has always fascinated me; discovering natural ways to facilitate healing has brought me to my current career as a Registered Massage Therapist. I took my education at Vicars School of Massage Therapy, an accredited 2200-hour program here in Edmonton. 

My treatments are client based and tailored to you! Each appointment is developed with your concerns in mind to reach your wellness goals. I provide full-body treatments in a safe and comfortable environment.
