Hello, my name is Elisha, and I’m so grateful to call the Spruce Grove and Stony Plain area home. Growing up in this community, it has always held a special place in my heart. Being able to build my own practice close to home and serve the community I love is something I’m truly proud of.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, and the owner and operator of The Fox Zen Massage Therapy.

I have always been fascinated by the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, and by the body’s natural ability to heal. My journey into massage therapy grew from a desire to help others feel more comfortable, supported, and connected within their own bodies.

I completed my education at the Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton through their accredited 2,200-hour program. Since then, I have continued to grow my knowledge and skills, always with the goal of providing thoughtful, individualized care.

To me, massage therapy is about more than simply treating muscles. It is about creating a safe space where you can pause, breathe, and make time for yourself.

Every treatment is client-focused and tailored to your individual needs, concerns, and wellness goals. My hope is that when you leave my clinic, you feel cared for, supported, and a little more at ease.
